We gladly accept returns on eligible orders within 14 days of delivery confirmation. All returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

What is not eligible for return:
Custom designed, custom engraved, or otherwise personalized jewelry. Gemstone Gallery purchases. All gemstones are sold exclusively as part of a custom design order and are therefore final sale. International orders.
