Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your domestic jewelry order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date and pay for the return of your jewelry. (Note: Caruso Collections return policy does not apply to Caruso Collections merchandise except for our "gemstone gallery merchandise" and "Curated by Caruso merchandise". Custom designed jewelry, custom engraved jewelry, and/or any additional customized options do not apply to Caruso Collections refund policy). Caruso Collections will only accept returns of all new, unused jewelry and gemstones with original packaging in perfect condition. Caruso Collections does not accept returns or exchanges on any international jewelry orders or on domestic jewelry orders that have been customized in any way. The simplest way to exchange your jewelry purchase is to request a refund. To initiate the return process, please email us to request a pre-paid return USPS/UPS label and a return number. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed and received, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
