Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your domestic Gemstone order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date and pay for the return of your gemstone purchsase. (Note: this excludes any custom design or customized Jewelry purchase).
Caruso Collections will only accept returns of all new, unused Gemstone merchandise with original packaging in perfect condition. Caruso Collections does not accept returns or exchanges on any international jewelry orders or on domestic jewelry orders that have been customized, engraved, or custom designed.
To initiate the return process, please email us to request a pre-paid return label and a return number. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
